There is limited availability in the U12 Girls, U14 Boys, U14 Girls, U16 Girls, and U19 Girls age groups.  Please call 510-427-4408 for registration instructions for these limited age groups or to add your child to the waiting list on a closed age group.

NOTE: A late fee of $20 will apply starting March 5th on all applications.

Rec fee for U7 and up: $90 new players ($70 for returning Fall 2016 players and don't require a new uniform)

Please note for any returning Fall 2016 Rec players that require a new uniform a fee maybe applied.

Off Season Comp fees are $110 (for players that did not play in the Fall 2016 Season)

For returning HYSL families, when signing up this season please make sure that all contact information is up to date.

For new or returning players requiring a uniform, please make sure to update/fill out uniform size information.  Please note there is no mix & match sizing.  Please size up if different sizes are needed.
